Parador Dulce Puna was born from a dream shared by siblings, but also from a story that began long before us.
It grew from a desire to return to our roots, to see our land through the eyes of those who taught us to love it, and to keep alive everything our grandparents and parents passed down to us.
This place holds our memories, our customs, our flavors and the lessons of our family. Every corner keeps a part of the story we now choose to share.
That is why, when we open the doors of our home, we offer more than a place to eat or pause along the way. We open the doors to our story, so that everyone who visits can discover a little of our Puna, enjoy its flavors, take in its landscapes and carry a small piece of this land with them.
Dulce Puna is family, identity, tradition and roots. It is our way of honoring what we have received and continuing to build a legacy for future generations.
